I have gotten back a total of $375 of the $477 that I spent. This was after reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, my Attorney General's office and paypal disputes. They still owe me $106, which I will probably never seen and I have done a video with PissedCustomer.com to go into detail.It pays to advocate for yourself, but never buy from DailyDeal.

I bought an iphone from them. The first one overheated.

I exchanged it and the second one wasn't compatible with my carrier even though it said it was. They gave me a gift card towards a third. They gave me a gift of $177 (($20 more than I paid) towards a third. I paid an additional $300.

This phone also didn't work. I was told they never refund gift cards--I told them I was going to the attorney generals office and they offered me a refund of $377 with a $100 "surcharge" I returned the phone and said I am expecting a full refund.

Still waiting and zero response from daily sale. Can anyone help me?

I only posted this at the request of PissedCunsumer. I got almost all my money back and honestly, i am surprised at the un-helpful comments that people bothered to take the time to post here. What the *** is wrong with people???

Are you complaining about the right company? They have been reported as closed, according to the PissedConsumer website. Also, I have never heard of a gift card being refunded.

Still waiting for my refund. It's been almost two weeks, not Daily Sale, it's the USPS! Daily Sale has emailed me apologizing, but I won't be ordering from them. Sent me a replacement iPad I couldn't use. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I am upset about the issue with my refund! I don't like games when it comes to my money.

In honesty, my first order came quickly, and the items were what I ordered. My second order came quickly, but it was not what I ordered. I ordered two chains, one of the chains I ordered came, but the other chain was not what I ordered. I sent an email to support@***s, and Avie responded with a completely unsatisfactory solution: I was to go to their portal, request to return the chain I did not order, at my expense, and exchange it for the chain I ordered. That is unacceptable customer service. The mistake was due to no fault of my own.

I sent item back and they sent me another one. I am pleased with my replacement.
