For some reason my cons keep getting deleted so know that their refund policy is deceiving and does not state that they will charge you for sure 5.00 per each item to return and not per order. Know that when you email them, they will not resolve the issue despite...

I canceled the order immediately after the order by email. No response was made and the item is shipped.

Order not received and no communication through email

I did not receive my order, so I emailed support@***.com but never received a response. So I called the pissed customer line an it only stated to contact via email which I still havent gotten a response 5 days later

They never answer my calls.

I brought a ihome robot vacuum that was working jus for 3 weeks. I just want a replacement or fixed. They never answer, returns my calls or reply my emails. Very back service if I can Ill give them 0 start.
