I ordered an item. When I received it, it was damaged and had to be returned.
By email we communicated about the returned item. They promptly credited my account for the cost of the item. No reimbursement for the cost of shipping which was half of the cost of the item itself. I want to order something else, but I can't afford to keep returning damaged merchandise.
What if I have to return something else? I lost.
