Placed an order and waited a month and inquired as to why it is taking so long. They apologized that they missed the order.

After receiving the order, a week later one of the products failed. I sent in a complaint, which wasn't responded to. After a few weeks I complained again and was told I could get credit for future purchase of their site after sending in the failed product. I noted to them that it would cost me more to send it back than what the product was worth, for which they noted it was their policy.

So, basically I'm just out the money and they didn't care. I noted to them that their business practice was poor since Amazon guarantees all their products at no cost to the client. They still didn't really care.

So..... never purchase from since their business practice is poor.

Product or Service Mentioned: As Seen On Tv Xhose Pro Garden Hose.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $23.

Preferred solution: Post online to Facebook to warn other potential buyers.

I didn't like: Customer service sucks.
