First of all, the item I bought doesn’t work. If you are selling refurbished items make sure to fix them before selling them so expensive. I requested a label to return it and the weight on the label was wrong. Who’s paying for the extra pounds me? I’m not getting the full refund even when it’s your fault selling a defective product. I will never buy anything else from you. Customer service is awful they answered me in slow motion and after waiting a while I was told somebody will contact me with an answer. Shame on you.
